Once we have a clear idea of the vacation adventure you're dreaming of, a planning fee will be required to get the planning process started. This ensures your trip is tailored perfectly to your desires, allowing us to begin creating your ideal travel experience.

After the planning fee is processed, we will get to work on creating your personalized itinerary for your approval. We will email you forms such as terms and conditions, insurance waiver, and secure credit card authorization, in addition to your trip proposal.   Once you are satisfied with the itinerary and approve it, we will finalize the booking, and you'll be all set for your adventure.  

Whether your travel advisor is present on a group trip or back at home, rest assured-we will be there to act as a liaison between you and the vendors providing your services in case any issues arise. We want your trip to go smoothly from start to finish.
