Both offer a variety of plans, including single trip and annual coverage. We are happy to help you get a quote. You are not obligated to purchase insurance. We do require a waiver to be signed if you chose not to carry any travel insurance. Please be aware that if medical care is needed, your are required to pay for that care at the time of service, then file a claim with your travel insurance provider. Travel insurance is not presented at a hospital or clinic like traditional health insurance.
We partner with Centrav, an air consolidator company, to book airfare and secure the best rates. Airfare bookings are available for groups of 5 or more. For parties or fewer than 5, we require a minimum of a 3-night hotel booking or airport transfers to be added. For ALL air bookings, customers must review and approve that all information is correct within 12 hours or your booking will be cancelled. We adhere strictly to this policy because airlines will only allow changes to be made without charges within 24 hours. We are not liable for flight delays, rescheduling or other flight changes made by the airline, cancellations, missed flights, or missed connections. Any refunds will be made from the airline or Centrav. We have no control over the processing time for refunds. We strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance for your protection.
